A SUFFOLK firm which has seen impressive staff and contract growth in recent years, has made Riduna Park at Melton its new home.
JCW Saunders, a specialist in plumbing, heating and building compliance, has taken a two-storey office at the new business park, as part of phase two of the state-of-the-art development.
Part of the JCW Group, which employs 200 staff in all, JCW has secured major national contracts in the last 12 months and has introduced a number of new services to its offering, including catering equipment maintenance.
Operations Director, Adam Moss, said:
“Due to rapid expansion we knew we needed to move to premises that could house the extra staff we were employing.
We also felt it important that the working environment for our staff was more in keeping with our company values and ethos.
Riduna is well located and has brought more prestige to our area of the business.”
The new home of JCW features a ground-floor service desk, with operational aspects of the business housed on the first floor.
Over the coming year, the company is focusing on its recently added services, and is developing its network with more national and regional property management companies.
Katie Emerson, Project Manager for Riduna Holdings, said:
“We are extremely pleased to welcome JCW Saunders to Riduna Park.
“The development has been extremely well received and we are hearing from a number of major East Anglian businesses still keen to be part of our unique site. We’re looking forward to announcing details of more tenants in the weeks ahead.”
Phase Two of Riduna Park, which consists of nine offices varying in size from 1,250 sq ft to 7,500 sq ft two-storey options, is now ready for occupation.
